According to supporters of the new legislation, the clause by which allow Western companies with up to 75 percent of oil profits will last until they have recovered the initial ase certification practice test cost of drilling.
Then they will be content with 20 percent of profits, according to industry sources in Iraq, although, as stated by "The Independent", the latter percentage is twice the normally established in such agreement.
