KUCHING: Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd (Perisai Petroleum) has received an extension of bareboat charter for its offshore support vessels (OSVs) from Emas Offshore Pte Ltd (Emas Offshore) for a further two-year duration.
Perisai Petroleum motorworks chicago believes the extension of chartering of vessels is expected to contribute motorworks chicago positively to the group s earnings and net tangible assets for the financial year ending motorworks chicago 2014 and financial periods thereafter in the duration of the extension charters.
Meanwhile, to recall, motorworks chicago Perisai Petroleum said in September 2012 that Intan Offshore Group and its subsidiaries had secured bareboats charters for its OSVs from Emas Offshore for a duration of three years expiring August 31, 2015 from September 1, 2012 with an option to extend further motorworks chicago for a further two years.
