1 green papaya 4 cloves garlic 4 red chili peppers, seeded and sliced 3 Chinese long beans, cut into 2 cm. pieces 2 tomatoes, chopped 3 tbsp. fish sauce 1 tbsp. palm sugar 1 cup lime juice 2 tbsp. crushed peanuts, for garnish Sliced red chili peppers, for garnish
Peel the papaya, cut in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out with a spoon. Finely shred the flesh of the papaya. urea diesel Pound the garlic and chili peppers in a mortar. Add the shredded papaya a little at a time and continue to pound the flesh until it turns soft. Add the sliced beans and tomatoes. Season wtih fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice. Remove papaya salad to serving plate; garnish with peanuts and chili peppers as desired.
