Sofia xx July 2013 - curved OLED TV LG Electronics (LG) was awarded a certificate for energy efficiency and concern for the environment by three independent organizations - Intertek, the European Commission and the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment ase test Tool (EPEAT).

The certification process includes tests that assess the impact of the product on the environment and in-depth study of the methods and technologies used in its manufacture. Green Intertek certificate is internationally recognized quality assurance of the product ase test and its technical characteristics.
Besides Green Leaf Mark, curved OLED TV LG was honored with EU Ecolabel and the European Commission. The prestigious certificate certifying that the production of the product had no negative impact on the environment. The European Commission is one of the most active institutions in the European Union committed to promoting the idea of sustainable development within the community.
