Companies Sebes and Sard, ITM inspectors fined for "moonlighting" with 10,000 lei each

Two companies from Alba, one of Sebes and one of Sard, were sanctioned by ITM inspectors because they were found having people work without legal employment. From 14 to 18 July 2014, the labor relations were controlled dpf filter cleaning 34 commercial establishments, and health and safety at work 37 units. The fines amounted to EUR 41,300 lei.
Checks by ITM inspectors last week were left with fines of 20,000 lei for two companies Alba, who had illegal workers. It is about SC Leal SRL Sebes and SC Durkaya KML Construct SRL Sard, which were detected by 1 person without fome legal employment.
In total 34 units were controlled with a total of 209 employees. In addition to the two fines imposed on the two companies, ITM inspectors have fined 9,300 lei for other irregularities detected in other companies in the field of labor relations.
In the field of safety and health at work were controlled 37 commercial units and found 52 deficiencies. Inspectors ITM formulated eight warnings and applied 3 fines of 12,000 lei.
